The right person takes the ticket
Assign with one click and see your colleagues’ status. You can see straight away who is already replying, so the customer never gets two answers.
-
3Comments
Talk internally in the ticket
Write an internal comment and @mention a colleague. The customer sees nothing – the team sees everything.
-

Reply faster with AI and canned responses
Type / for your canned responses or let the AI suggest a reply based on the ticket. You read it, adjust it and send it.
-
5Undoes

Ten seconds to take back an email or SMS – up to 30 if you like. You can also schedule it for later.
-
6Numbers
A ticket number that keeps things tidy

Views, stars and snooze
Mine, unassigned, waiting on customer and later. Star what matters and snooze the rest until the right day.
In short
What is a shared inbox?
A shared inbox is a common list where a team receives and replies to customer messages from several channels – such as info@ email, website chat, SMS and social media. Instead of everyone reading the same email account, each person can see who owns a ticket, what has already been said and what is waiting. Blixtflow’s shared inbox is part of Blixtflow, the customer service platform from Blixtgo Agency AB, and comes with ticket numbers, assignment, internal comments, AI suggestions and undo send.

Questions and answers
Common questions about shared inboxes
What is a shared inbox?
A shared inbox is a common list where a team receives and replies to customer messages from several channels – email, chat, SMS and social media – with assignment, internal comments and ticket numbers, instead of everyone reading the same email account.
How is it different from a shared info@ account?
In a shared email account nobody can see who owns an email or whether someone is already replying. In Blixtflow every ticket is assigned, you can see who is typing right now, and internal comments stay in the ticket.
Which channels can we connect?
Email, website chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Calls from the AI receptionist also become tickets in the same inbox.
Does it work with our email?
Yes. Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, iCloud or any address. Replies are sent from your own address.
Can several people reply to the same ticket?
Yes, but you can see who is replying right now, so the customer never gets two answers.
Does the customer get a ticket number?
If you want them to. Ticketing is switched on per channel and the customer gets an auto-reply with the number – never to newsletters or no-reply addresses.
Can we bring our old email with us?
Yes. When you set up the channel you can import email from the last 7, 30 or 90 days – or everything. Old email never gets an auto-reply.
How do the AI suggestions work?
The AI suggests a reply based on the ticket. You read it, edit it and send it yourself. Swedish personal identity numbers (personnummer), card numbers and IBANs are masked before anything is sent to the AI.
How much does a shared inbox cost?
The inbox is included in every Blixtflow plan, from SEK 1,799 a month for the whole company – not per user. You can try it free for 14 days, no credit card needed.
Can we reply from our phones?
Yes. Install Blixtflow from the browser on your phone or use the Windows app, with push notifications when something happens.
