Can the AI freeze or cancel a membership?
No. Blixtflow is not connected to your membership or payment system. The chatbot and receptionist reply with your terms and explain how it works – and can pass the ticket on to reception, who make the change.
Where do the answers come from?
From your knowledge base, which can be built from your website, PDFs and your own texts, and is re-read automatically. If you change prices or terms, the answers follow.
Can the receptionist book PT sessions?
Yes. The receptionist finds a free slot with the right trainer in the calendar, books it and sends a confirmation by text message. The calendar can be mirrored to Google Calendar and Outlook.
How do campaigns in the web chat work?
You pick a template – a discount code, a greeting or a piece of news, for example – and when it should appear: after a while, once the visitor has scrolled, or when they are about to leave. Clicks and sign-ups are shown for each campaign.
Can we schedule posts?
